1 General Terms & Conditions

Bajimahal (referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "us") operates an online Sports Betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the Platform and the user.

By accessing bajimahal through our website, mobile browser, or any other channel, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using bajimahal.

Applicability

2 Account Registration

To bet or play on bajimahal, you must first create a valid account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

Account Security

3 Payments & Transactions

Deposits and withdrawals on bajimahal are available via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour. However, withdrawals may be delayed or placed on hold if the following conditions are not met:

4 Bonuses & Promotions

New members can receive a welcome bonus of up to 100% on their first deposit. The following conditions apply to this bonus:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus amount × 10
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus

• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds

Weekly Cashback

Cashback is paid on net losses on a weekly basis. The cashback amount and terms may change from time to time.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on bajimahal. These rules are effective across all sports markets and betting types.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Bets that have been confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled
• If a match is cancelled, your stake will be refunded
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, bajimahal reserves the right to cancel that bet
• Odds may change during live betting once a match has started

Odds & Payouts

All odds on bajimahal are displayed in decimal format. Payout = Stake × Odds. Maximum payout limits may vary by sport and market.

Cash Out

The Cash Out feature lets you settle a bet before the match ends. The Cash Out value is determined by bajimahal and may be higher or lower than your original stake.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajimahal. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit bonus terms for profit
• Match Fixing: Illegally influencing or using insider information to affect the outcome of any match
• Money laundering: Using the betting platform as a channel for money laundering
• Using another person's account: Unauthorized access to another person's account
• Software exploitation: Using bots or automated software to gain an unfair advantage in betting
• False Information: Providing false information during registration or verification

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Bajimahal reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Terms Violation
• Fraud or Suspicious Activity
• Failure to Complete Identity Verification
• Operating Multiple Accounts
• Financial Irregularities or Payment Disputes

You may also request to close your own account at any time. Contact the support team for self-exclusion.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Bajimahal takes the protection of your personal data seriously. Information we collect includes your name, contact details, transaction history, and gaming activity.
